What is a Short Course?
Unlike drop-in classes, our short courses are a progressive journey over several weeks, designed to build comprehensive technique and work toward a specific goal or routine. They are led by the same dedicated instructor each week.
What is the Refund Policy?
Due to the progressive and structured nature of short courses, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after the first class. We encourage full commitment to maximize your learning experience.
Prerequisites and Levels
We clearly label our courses by level (Foundation, Beginner/Intermediate, Advanced). If you are unsure which course is right for you, please contact our studio team for a personalized recommendation before enrolling.
